Our Partners
David Terry, Founder & Managing Partner
David attained a finance degree followed by an MBA from West Texas A&M University. In 2001, he co-founded the WTAMU Enterprise Center, a business incubator serving start-up and early-stage entrepreneurs in the Texas Panhandle region. Under David’s leadership, the Enterprise Center grew to assist more than 100 client companies. In 2007, David purchased Chop Chop Japanese Steakhouse, a single location fast-casual hibachi style grill in Amarillo, Texas. In 2009, David was certified as a licensed facilitator of the Coaching Clinic® and certified by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach. In the past 15 years, David has instructed and led coaching clinics all around the world and worked with high achievers. His coaching specialties are strategic business growth, business transitions, financial analysis, assisting entrepreneurs and professionals in mastery of time, money and consistent delivery, developing a market niche, and building a winning team and culture. In 2019, David managed the $100 million investment portfolio and private foundation for a high net worth individual. David founded TITL Growth Partners LLC as an independent sponsor company engaged in acquisition entrepreneurship and strategic business coaching. This role and the formation of this company was a combination of his life’s experiences and the work that he loves.
Tyler Holland, Managing Partner
Tyler received a finance degree followed by Master’s of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma. After obtaining his CPA license, he began his career in public accounting with KPMG’s Dallas office. In 2009 he partnered in a start up venture with Athas Health which specialized in direct-to-consumer marketing for elective surgeries. After growing from $0 revenue to $60MM revenue Athas was sold in 2014 to a public company. In 2015, Tyler acquired Hughes Trailers, a livestock trailer manufacturer, which he operated and grew as the CEO for 3 years prior to selling in 2018. He then consulted as the COO for Sand X, a $100MM oilfield services company. During COVID and times of historically low interest rates Tyler co-founded a boutique private equity firm that invested in farmland and completed $25MM in acquisitions that have since been divested at attractive returns. Prior to merging with TITL Growth Partners, Tyler owned and operated Holland Advisory Group, an independent M&A advisory firm. Tyler has participated in the exit of over $100 million in private enterprise ventures. His experience and specialties include entrepreneurial endeavors in multiple industries, start up, growth, M&A, management, and financial analytics.
